ROCCA is a simple and tasty
creation made with pure ingredients
like butter & sugar heated together
to a temperature, till it achieves a
crunchy snap. The caramel is then
dipped in velvety dark chocolate,
and covered in Californian nuts.
The main difference is that
traditional Chocolate bars are
created with no or less quantity of
nuts, while ROCCA brittle chocolate
is created with more than 50%
variety of nuts. However, at
