I received a faulty Item. What should I do?
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to support@myrocca.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
My order did not get delivered on time.
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our Mumbai factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 5 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :) Feel free to contact support@myrocca.com if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We'll be more than happy to assist you.
I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested. What should I do?
The orders can't be cancelled after 12 hours of placing them; because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order. Mail us on support@myrocca.in if you want to cancel it before 12 hours.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we ship only in India as of now.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-2 day processing period followed by a 7 days shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 4 to 7 days to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-2 days). Email us on support@myrocca.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Where can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@myrocca.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
What are the shipping times?
All orders ship within 1 business day. They ship from our warehouse
in Mumbai and take between 4-7 business days to arrive after they've
been shipped!
Which city do you ship from?
Currently, all our website orders are fulfilled from Mumbai.
Can I pick-up my order from your facility?
Unfortunately, we are not equipped to allow pick-ups at this point.
Can I have my order express shipped?
If you live in MUMBAI, we offer 24-Hour shipping which can be availed at the time of checkout.
If you do not live in MUMBAI, we do not offer express shipping.
